These motion videos cover all the areas of the home inside and out.  Some incorporate drone footage and some do not.  

These videos are shot with pro gear including  a mirrorless camera and video lens balanced on a gimbal device.  Each one is personally edited on pro software and set to carefully selected audio that fits the mood of the property.

To get the footage I carefully walk through each area of the property using different camera angles and views in motion to capture the feel of the space. While shooting, each clip is adjusted to exposure, color balance, and speed to achieve the best look. The clips are then taken to the software on the computer and carefully set with transitions and effects along with the audio.  It is then uploaded to certain specifications and saved to a viewing website for your playback.

You can receive two version of the video. One is branded and one is unbranded allowing you to post a link from Vimeo on MLS listings or post on social media.
